~ Grilled Norwegian salmon, French lentils, sautéed spinach, portobello mushroom
   and beurre blanc
~ Cassoulet, braised beans, duck confit, pork sausage and braised lamb
~ Mushroom crepe, leeks, Mornay sauce and petite salad
